Leaky Roof!! And more problems!

So there's not much to this thread but I would love to have a few questions answered.

1) Right above the rear view mirror on the ceiling (that plastic piece that holds nothing) there is a water leak when the weather gets nasty. My sunroof is relatively clean and has no debris in it so I'm not sure what that could be.

2) Squeaky driver side window and slow back right window when rolling both up. I took it to the shop and the mechanic said I need to replace both motors for $400 a piece, sounds a bit pricey to me!

3) Passenger seat belt only retracts partially. The seat belt is fully functioning, however it will not retract fully which is quite a nuisance because friends have slammed the belt in the door numerous times

Anyways, any help is welcome, if you want to answer one of those problems that'd be great, if you want to answer all three then that's awesome!!

1. clean sunroof drains with weedeater line.

2. Spray with WD-40 before spending any $ to replace motors

3. In FAQ I think there's instructions on using Velcro to clean the seatbelt upper hanger. Don't over think it, just follow the instructions.

And I'm sure someone will tell you to search and that really does help.
