Leaking door gaskets

I just bought my sisters 2000, it has been in the family for years now. She told me the only thing wrong is that it leaks when it rains hard. I figured it had to be the sunroof drains!

I checked them they flowed great and thought she must of had a window down.

We have had solid rain for 3 days in Virginia and the passenger side leaks like a sieve. It is all over the pass. seat and rear floor. Looks like it is coming in between the door sill.

I even opened the sunroof while raining to make sure the tray was empty and it was clear.

Any suggestions?

Roof rack mounting points... even with roof racks installed, they need lots of goo to keep them sealed. Can end up in front footwells or the rear.
