I'm getting ready to replace shocks all the way around. I'm used to seeing leaf spring with more or a curve. Question is, are these leaf springs done for?

They look like factory
No, they’re perfectly fine. Anymore “curve” with thicker leafs would be a pretty rough ride.
They look used but not too bad. The front shackle angle is often a good indicator. The rubber bushing looks like it may need replacing

If for sure does! I'll do that when I refresh the swivel balls and seals. The passenger side weeps. I also need to rebuild the steering gear, it's leaking as well.
front shackle angle should be about 15 degrees off vertical
