Hard to find a rig without rust these days but I've seen a couple in that price range in Kissimee area and either NC or SC. Are you on Facebook?

Yeah I’ve seen some there as well. I made a mistake of buying one with rust last year put money into it and let it go. But the bug is biting me again
There's one for sale on here in NV that has 0 rust since its been in the southwest its whole life. $8k is the ask.
