LC 75 rim offset questions

Will a -13 offset on a 17x9 rim be sufficient to run on a LC 75 without spacers? LC

All I can tell you is I need 16” wheels with backspacing 3.5” or less.
4” BS rubbed tie rod end.

Yeah. 4.5 BS won't work.

With my MT 15x10 offset -45 (bs 3.6") only have 1mm of clearance with tie rod. i think with r18 maybe works with 1" spacer, but need check on rear axle vs frame clearance.
