I found this company a couple years ago. It's a small business that makes all of their own cordage, reflective line, tent stakes, etc. His bar tensioners are super simple and work great. Since tents never come with enough tie-down cord or stakes, I always add some of these to my camping kit. My ARB awning supplied cord and tent stakes were okay, but I added some of the reflective line and bar tensioners to my setup.
Just thought I'd throw this out there. I don't know the guy, but I like his products.
