Law enforcement or scdmv offical needed (2 Viewers)

Hey guys,

I was wondering if any of you are or know personally a law enforcement officer or scdmv official who could stop by my house one day to fill out a TI-021B form so I can title my vehicle. I do not have a trailer and I don't really think its a good idea to take the vehicle on the road quite yet...

When I built a kit car I called the local Sheriff and he came right out and signed the forms. He didnt seem to mind at all.

I called the Greer PD. They sent someone out here but he had never heard of the form and wouldn't sign it...

I don't know if it's the same in sc ,but in nc you have to call highway patrol

Yes, I am pretty sure is the Highway Patrol. I know a guy who did that with a crate built motorcycle. This should be similar.
