Here's what's been keeping me occupied lately land cruiser style. Been looking for the right 55 ever since I parted out the original creamsicle. Many of you guys were at Rausch the day she went over on her side. In any event I found this 55 in Nashville- my body and paint guy was slow at the time and I figured everythign would work out timing wise. Bought the truck, had it shipped to PA then right to the body shop. Frank had it two months and I think did a great job. Check out the photos!
Just finished putting in a proper length e-brake cable and repairing a transfer case leak. Also working a on a new way to operate the tailgate window- could be a good article for Trails. The 55 runs great, more power than any F or 2F powered cruiser I've ever owned. Have an issue with the power steering and rectifying that problem is next (and hopefuly last!). No plans to wheel this one- too nice for rocks and trees. gary S
