nice, how does it attach to the extruded alum 10 series cross bar?

I used a set of three 8' Yeti Cooler straps with eyelets slid into the rack for my trip to CO. the front to rears I ran thru the handles and the "notch" helped center the straps.

I ran my Spare tire in front of it on the way out - until Slee installed the rear bumper on the old 200....
