Nothing to do with rigs but I am trying to post a photo from a DSLR and it says the file is too large even at like 750kb. I read the FAQ and poked around but I can't find a way to get pictures not from my phone on without them being grainy. wth?

Have you tried hosting them on a site, then posting a link here (instead of attaching directly)?
I store all my online photos on Google Photos, but use Imgur for sharing pics and albums.

In the FAQ it said not to use hosts, but I will if it works!

When you click the Image Icon you get this popup so I'm not sure why it would say not to use hosts

Every heard of Photobucket? That's why external image hosting is a BAD idea....this site lost thousands of great tech images...other sites lost nearly everything.
