I just bought a 1996 LX450. Have had Land Rovers before this.
I understand there is a Land Cruiser club in the Phoenix area. Can anyone give me details on meeting dates or trail run dates?

Welcome! Check out the threads on the top of the Copper State column for info on the meets (3rd Friday of each month).

Otherwise it is a pretty casual group and the runs will pop up from people wanting to go and looking for others to join (although you wont see many until it cools down some I'd imagine).

Kind of boring right now. I need it as a daily driver but want to go play also. I was thin king of spring spacers to give it a small lift. Any thoughts?

The 1" spring spacers from Manafre is a great way to start and get some ground clearance for low $$.
