Worked at getting more fence work done on Sat & Sun. We were ready to start stringing some wire today but it is pouring rain. Guess I'll just guard the couch a while.

Pic on the way in. Group caught a few peanut dolphin. One nice wahoo. And false albacore. I caught some good zzzzs on the boat. If u r ever in morehead city and want to fish on a big boat look up Dale Britt and the Sensation. Topnotch and the first jarret bay boat built in 1986.

The names that people call fish crack me up. Different from the south to the north or the east to the west.

I spent the weekend (3 days) flying across the country. Blackhawks are very thirsty BEASTS! Managed to miss all of the thunderstorms and thanks to 3G service made it into Hunter. Now I'm drinking a beer and enjoying my 1 day off before going back into the cubicle. I'll take hours of butt numbing cross country flights on a holiday over any day in that damn office. Can't wait to see you all in a few weeks.

Bought my first FJ

That's pretty big news man, congrats!!!

I spent the weekend in VA Beach for the Rock and Roll half marathon that Laura and her sister ran in. It was their first one and they finished in 2:34! Super proud of them:

On the way home from that, we swung by the Wake County SPCA ( again ) and found Leucas!! He's a 7 month old pitbull / hound mix and loves giving hugs. We brought him home, which makes him our first dog :grinpimp:

Finished putting the new shocks on the cruiser..... found out that all my sway bar bushings are gone.... which would explain the excessive sway sometimes... but the shocks work awesome.

Went camping from Friday AM till Monday night. Still my favorite camping trip of the year even with the "little" rain we got.

Climbed a big ass waterfall, cool hike, sat around.... did the smaller waterfall/slide and got pretty drunk with the best people in the world.

And congrats to Lilly Keefer and Brett Shell for being the only two yet again to come home with scars from the water fall/slide. Keeping their streak going :grinpimp:

Beer intake...... lots and lots...... good call on the Shiva Brett
Vodka intake...... good stuff
Food intake.... i'll just say, the Keefers, Shells and Vanns can cook some good eating.

Spent the weekend putting Sandy on all fours. There is a 70% chance she will attend Logan's Run with me cause there are a few things that need to me addressed before she's out of the garage. When she is done I will be posting her up for sale too.

What a great looking little guy! I look forward to meeting him and letting our (somewhat) good dog Jacob play with him!

I watched college football (yes!), did some yard work, did some stuff in the garage, just chilled.............

And out of welding gas. Not a good day. Not one welding shop here open today.

Running out of gas on a weekend is a pain in the butt for sure. I bumped up to a 390 tank about 6 months back that helps on the refill duration. It is also far cheaper than filling a smaller tank.

I hear you Darin, I ran out og gas once on a weekend trying to finish up a job. Now I pay close attention to the tank gauge and make sure I have enough gas to get me through the weekends.

What cage are you building? How does it tie to the frame?

Metaltech full kit. Got it from them awhile back. Bout got it done this evening, but am going to get some more 2 inch 120 wall from my metal place to put some more triangulation into it, and a permanent bikini top built out of some sheet metal.
