When I pound the CP-22 part number into google it shows for a 1999-2005 1KZTE. Yours is older than that. Maybe something is different in the newer 1KZTE glow system?

Something doesn't add up. So maybe there is something different between them. I'm just going to try to order oem Toyota ones. Any links for a online retailer?

I bought some Bosch Duraterm ones for my 2LTE off Ebay. I've been very happy with them. Just make sure they are legitimate Bosch and not knock-off ones if you order them. I think I got them through the UK EBay. OEM Toyota would be great too. Just use the ToyoDIY or Megazip websites to find the correct OEM Toyota part number for your exact vehicle. You can use that number to cross reference to aftermarket manufacturers as well (like NGK, Bosch, etc.)
