Know anything about this FJ40 for sale?

Been stalking the site for a while as I consider my first FJ40. It's such a wealth of knowledge! I live in Atlanta but have been looking at this one in Franklin. Since it's not just a quick drive to check it out I was curious if anyone knew anything about it/has seen it. Thanks!
