Anybody out there know any good Metal building General Contractors that might come down the Raeford way. Need to get a good size garage built but i hope they are smoking something down this way, at least the guy i talked to was.

40x80 garage turn key was 90,000.00 :frown:

I hope that is a tad high, like about 20,000.00 to 30,000.00 high or even a bit higher to high.

Thanks

Darin,

I would look at something like the back of Carolina Country (Magazine I get from our Electric Co-op up here) or The back of a Mother Earth News Magazine. There are TONS of metal building ads in there.

I also noticed a couple of guys on craigslist but they looked a little over priced as well.

Call my friend Mike Lambert - JM Lambert Contractors. His mobile is 704-309-3026. I've been his banker off and on for 12 years and he's a great guy in my book. I called him to see if he would be interested and he is. I believe metal buildings are his specialty. Give him a call tomorrow.

Robin is calling some of those places today from the Co-op magazine that we get here also. I just want to make sure i do not get one of those fly by night companies.

Thanks all, if anyone else has any ideas keep them coming please.
