Hey everyone...well this morning it was snowing pretty good up near Conifer, CO...so I but Murdock into 4wd and was on my way to work in Denver...well it started and drove like a true champ...well when I got to the parking garage and driving up to the roof where I park.....each time I made a sharp turn I heard a knocking sound......this was only in 4wd....b/c I got up to the roof I dis-engaged the 4wd....i drove around and made a few sharp turns and no knocking sound...anyone have any ideas whats up? Thanks

nope I haven't...my mechanic says I need to soon though....why would they knock in 4wd...and not 2wd?

hubs locked both times?

Could be a sticky shifter.
Sometimes the Tcase slips a little under load and makes a clicking/knocking sound when the shifter isn't fully engaging. Try putting the Tcase in neutral and knocking it back down a few times.
