Selling my 94 KLR 250. Its in perfect running condition and what I would consider an 8.5 out of 10 cosmetically. Nothing is wrong with this bike at all!!!!!
I've added the following:
-Front and rear led blinkers- these are the nice ones that bend when hit , not the cheap plastic crap
-led bulb in rear brake light
-3.2 gallon IMS dessert tank-
-Acerbis hand guards- a little scuffed up but nothing you wouldn't expect form a bike thats been ridden in the dirt
-Acerbis front fender- I'll also give you the oem fender
-Wolfman Tank bag with waterproof cover- this is a nice bag
-Just rebuilt the front forks- new seals and oil
-I recovered the seat in marine grade vinyl in black- it looks really nice
-IMS shift lever
-DIRT BAGZ saddle bags- only a few months old, still look new
-Billet aluminum kill switch
-Rear mounted PELICAN 1400 hard case- this make a perfect place tho keep things dry and clean
-I mounted a operators canister to the top of the pelican- great for tools or a small fuel can
-PRO TAPER off road handle bars
-I put a XENON headlight bulb in it- much brighter
-DUNLOP d606 tires front and rear
-new chain and extra front sprocket thats one tooth lower than stock
The bike is ready to ride. Its registered till march '11.
This is a really great Dual sport bike. 100% street legal. Freeway legal.
Awesome woods bike and will also cruise at 70mph. Bike has lots of power for a 250. Never given me one problem. LOW miles,r ight now the odm is showing 15800 miles, just breaking in for a KLR.
The only thing the bike needs right now is a new battery, but I'll likely have a new one before you'll see it.
