God forbid somebody's AT/MT tire accidentally chews up any grass on the golf course...

See, until now, I was onboard with scrapping the idea... Now I want to throw some TSL Boggers on and root up some vegetation. Is that spiteful?

I misunderstood the original post as it sounded like a chance to wheel the trails there on Kiawah from 70s and 80s... Really this is a Concourse Car Show event....restored and survivor car show for awards and points similar to Amelia Island, Hilton Head or Pebble Beaches own events....just Kiawah trying to get theirs going similarly.

I do not think our Land Cruisers would fit in this event nor the owners....for what these shows are intended. If you had a pristine 25, 40 or 55 series and pulled out your best Seersucker suit or Khaki Aussie Outback wear.....maybe. If you don't feel comfortable going to Bessinger's on first Wednesday of every month from April through November....then this is 4 levels higher for what they want. My 2 cents....

Whats wrong with seersucker suits?

There is at least one 40 nice enough.... (Cough) @ErikinSC (cough)

I still think this would be fun to go to. Have we signed up?

Is this off the table? If so I'm going to Unstick.

I was on River Rd. Friday and saw about 20 cars anywhere from a 1910's model A to a 80's 944 cruising . If I'm not mistaken, the day before a concours event, they have to go on a 100 to 150 mile road course. It was raining lightly, I know they were hating it.
It was really cool, like a parade of really cool cars going past.
I was stopped at the closed strip mall on the phone, so I really got a good look.
Almost made me want to drive diwn to Kiawah!!!
