keyfob programming for 2017 HZJ79 double cab (1 Viewer)

Hello hello, in need of some help and guidance here.
I just got a 2017 hzj79 double cab from an auction in Dubai. It came with one key and one keyfob remote. So I went ahead and bought a OEM uncut replacement master key (which Im about to go cut) and a keyfob remote from Toyota. I am now trying to find info on how to get the remote programmed with no luck at all. Found out it is a Tokai Rika but no further info on how to program it. Anybody here with the knowhow, who would lend me a hand?

probably have to take it to a Toyota dealership, unless you have one of those really expensive gizmo's that can talk to the vehicle?
