key fob and lock question

I have recently (yesterday!) purchased a sweet 01 Cruiser that aside from seat leather, I can't find but one issue. The drivers side door lock will not lock electronically. Not with the fob or with the armrest buttons. Fob locks/unlocks all other doors and the armrest buttons on all doors work other locks, just not the drivers door?

Any thoughts?

Apparently replaced a couple months ago and didn't fix the issue. I think I hear a click in the door when I try, so solenoid appears to be working, it just doesnt operate the lock mechanism.
