just purchased an LX 470

I just purchased a Lexus LX 470. it has 163000 miles on the odometer. has one headlight burnt out and left rear tail light in the tailgate is also out. so far these are the only problems with the car. any other LX 470 owners have any advice for a new guy?? I will pe searching these forums.
