worked last time i had my plate there.whats fair?$30.? you want that rear bumper, your gonna have to come and get it! i aint shippn that thing ;) i could figure out another design for one for ya. saw a cool carrier last week that used a lock out hub and spindle for the pivot.

Hmmm- I do need to get out to Colorado soon... might not be until fall though with baby less than two months away now. Wifey isn't up for much travel now, even less in the 60. Maybe I should just take a long weekend off and come out by myself...

I need my crested butte fix.

I'll definately take that bezel off your hands.

crested butte ROCKS

I love that area of colorado.lets see what we can come up with later on the bumper, maybe incorperate the 1/4 protection at the same time. i'll get the lic. trim off as soon as i get my 4-runner plate holder, should be today.

Forget the gate. Build or buy a roof rack and put the spare up there.

you know, that was the thought when i bought my tradesman rack. i'll mount the spare up there, rather than under ( rusted up lift) or inside ( cargo space gets tight)
thats untill i lifted the spare,a nd damn near dropped my ***ts, seeing how high i could lift it.
i'd love a rear bumper holder, but waaay to expensive.
maybe ill get a 3x3 pc of steel tube, a 40 series swingout holder, some bar stock, and dust off my welder.
oh...and i'll do this on my free time.
im envious (sp?) of you guys with your rear mounter spare.... :D

ige,yes it was yours i was talking about.
i'd like to look at it a little closer next time, maybe over at slees swap meet?

doc, i was wondering if you were still coming out. ;)
you drive aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaall this way, i'd have to sell it to ya just for that. :D

rear carriers ar nice to have on a SOA 60.

I may be coming out to pick up that 59 willys if I can swing it... I'll make a mini vacation out of it at the same time.

That willys is too cool.

PS, is that rear carrier a weld on or bolt on affair? I'll be driving the 80 so I'm hoping for a bolt on application.
