Hey guy just wanted to let you know there's a 83 FJ-60 at what used to be Portland Auto Wrecking on Columbia Blvd in Portland, Or. It is know a U-Pull it type place, and the prices are great! They quoted me $53.00 for a third member, or $115.00 for the whole front axle. At the time I thought it was a 62 with 4.10 gears, so it turns out it wasn't going to work for me but maybe one of you guy can score! If I remember right everything was still there motor, 4speed tranny, axles, and so on. Anyway just wanted to let you know.

yard report

I finally checked out that yard and the 60 is still there. It's the only one in the entire place. The yard isn't organized well and I ended up walking all the isles looking for misc. parts and found the 60. Still had most everything except for interior switches, driver front turn signal, pass rear signal, front hubs and now no toyota emblem thanks to me. It still has all the running gear: axles, driveshafts, tcase, tranny, shifters, looked like all the engine components. The pass side was smashed but the driver side was still ok. I might go back for some heater core fun and other stuff if I have a little extra spending money.
