Did any of us realize we scheduled the Rubicon run for Fathers day (June 17) weekend?

It's not a problem for me since Joe will be with me.

This should be a great Rubicon run this year. The more the merrier. Although we need to make sure we don't break, as that could really put a damper on the fun factor for the passengers.

Chicago you know I am always willing to go anywhere, anytime. This wknd I have committed to camp with the scouts on friday night and Saturday til about noon. I will be in hope valley which is close to deer valley for a run up the first part in the stanaslas forest and then to slick rock. It would put us home in the evening if that sounds at all like it would work. Thats about all I would be available for:confused:. Soooo... let me know. Well maybe an afternoon run to bronco?:hhmm:

Other than that I think you should definatley get out and twist Matti up to make sure everything is copacetic...cause dang it you need 4 wheel drive on the con.;)
 
Joe's Jeep is out, he busted his front axle housing Saturday.
He is taking :princess: place with me.

:princess: was pretty broke up about missing the run ;) but thought father and son should spend the weekend together.
 
Sorry to hear about the housing but it will be fun to have him along. Now he has some motivation to get the 44 and locker installed. :)

Apparently there's a fathers day wentworth loop this weekend, so we might wanna consider an alternate meet camp just in case.
 
Julez and I will have to come up after work, so we probably won't be up there till around 7. Or 8
 
Joe and I plan to head up early, we can stake out a couple of the bigger sites that have room for a few rigs each.
 
Getting off at noon on Friday so I should be to Wentworth to hold a site by 3:00 best case--probably about 4:00 realistically(Got the f-motor blues).

:idea:Should we look forward to your cooking again Dan? I could bring something. My corn bread sucked last year:frown:. Will do better this year if you assign me something:).

I was going to skip it this time, if somebody else wants to plan it I'll bring something to share.
 
Julez is making a desert to share. Cinnamon crumb cake (FUGGIN good)
Aside from that, we were planning on fending for ourselves.
