Thought maybe you just goosed it with the handle of that suspiciously-placed push broom.

Wow! That's all I can say!!

Frame straitening or replacing? If the former I'd get busy giving it a fresh coat of paint.

Replace. Fresh one, manufactured in April 2013 just got here from Japan. Already drilling holes in it. Took 8 weeks to get here.

Degrees of difficulty...

Did a body swap on the Pig...pretty simple stuff. Can't even imagine what you're doing, given all the later model stuff to deal with plus the mods you've done.
Onward...

Reminds me of a new Jeep I bought in 1973. As the norm then they came pretty stripped down. So I began installing things like the soft top, tire and can carrier and much more. Doing this at the dealership and the owner was fascinated by all the holes I drilled in this brand new Jeep. I believe he counted 178 holes. But you gotta understand this guy had a serious issue with booze and was easily entertained.

Also remember swapping bodies on a 66 Jeep. Just unbolted (cut) everything loose and rolled it off like a turtle. It was so rusty it almost fell apart.

So good luck with the swap and hope its finished for the Summit.

Truck looked like this over the weekend. Installing a 56" body lift.

That's awesome they are still manufacturing 100 series frames. Did it come direct from Toyota or is it a third party manufacturer? Is this frame shared with a current platform?

I think the 56" body lift will look good. I was thinking about a 1/2" body lift on my FJ to keep my bumper from flexing into the quarter panels and filler panels below the headlights when I drop the entire front end off 2ft ledges onto the bumper... :D

Direct from Toyota according to the stickers. Manufacture date is 3/13. No other vehicle including the 105 shares the frame as far as I know.
