Thanks everyone for introducing me to ONSC.

Darin, you have an amazing shop! If your offer remains, I will defintely bring my cruiser down there. After seeing everyone's cruiser and listening to their advice to learn by doing (esp Jerry), I spent last night planning for some modifications.

I look forward to the next event!

Looks like a great turnout and some quality wrenching!!

so whats this new toy? your plasma cutter?

Quintin--is your 75 white? just saw a white 92 (i thought) in chapel hill with an ARB a few weeks back

Had a great time, as always! Darin, your shop is awesome, as everyone else has already said. Definitely jealous! Adam, glad to hear you made it home o.k. through the snow. Thanks to everyone for welcoming Christian into the fold. He had a great time (as evidenced by the dozens of pics he posted to Facebook), and soaked up a lot of Cruiser knowledge. Something tells me it's going to be hard for him to hold off on getting a truck of his own after seeing what he saw on Saturday.

I think there's a 80 for sale for $1800 that needs engine work. Maybe he could start with that!

I can't find it now, but there's a red 62 for $2000 in Wake Forest

Darin, thanks again for hosting and your place is awesome. Had a good time talking and wrenching with everyone. I was pretty tired when i left and I did leave a jug of fast orange (gojo) down there if that's what you are reffering to, please go ahead and use it as needed i more.

Yes it is your bottle. I will enjoy it then. Thanks much.

Is it an off set box? If so it's mine.

Jerry, I have your old welding gloves and your air cutoff wheel...

Spent the day grinding, priming, and painting. Will post a pic soon, too dark when I got it buttoned back up. Now I need some new bolts to go on that new bumper.

Yes it is a offset box. Let me know what you want with it. Keeping it set aside right now

Jason, yes my HJ75 is a white troopy with ARB; however, it has not move since the 2nd weekend of November due to rebuilding of the head. I will post more info and pics on it on a seperate thread.

Very cool (except the head part) cant wait to see it. Glad you made it out to meet some of the gang.

Definitely! They were extremely easy to find!

Should of gave them to you the other night Brian.

Get them your way sometime.

I'll come by and get them and the wrench! So, pics of the bumper... primed and put 2 cans of Rustoleum Professional Flat Black. That is some of the best spray paint I've ever used...

Now I just need to clean up the undercarriage since it's all exposed now....

I thank Jerry for the welding knowledge and Darin for the space and plasma! He's been offering up the opportunity, so I had to take him up on the offer! Thanks again Darin. Let's do it again sometime in July-August, maybe pre-Cruising Carolina!

I do want to thank the new guys for coming out, even though I didn't spend as much time chatting with you as I wanted to!

Sure wish I could have made it. Looks like all had a good time....combined with getting some quality work done!

If anyone is just bored to death this coming weekend...I have it on gooe authority that my Bump it Offroad rear bumper and sliders will be here Monday :)
