January Formal meeting is scheduled for the 3rd Thursday, January 15th, 2026.

the location will see us returning to R T pizza at the marlow shopping center in Santa Rosa as Carmen's should be no more as noted.

Start time 7 PM. Come early if you like.

Oh, 2026 dues are due for those who owe them.

topics include 2026 calendar, 2026 chairmen roles, etc all lead by our new President John 'I'll buy you breakfast' Evans!

Another productive meeting...

Meeting called to order by VP Dave Thomas as our new President forgot about the meeting. Yes, he was awarded the Bonehead award.

Introduction of new Board members, and any reports provided (all in good shape).

Discussion on Charter Members and impact to club both financially and exponentially. No action needed.

Swap meet discussion, Tony to Chair, same format as last year, possible new donation opportunities.
Adam to continue TLCA rep but noted time crunch with new job and new baby.
Merchandise to remain with Tony, club motioned and passed yearly stipend for storage. Next order Hats.
Chairman Rob to pursue new party location, will meet Sat 1/31 at 1 PM, Mi Tierra for lunch to check out new location. all welcome.
Donation comm Tony and Dion

Discussion on Rubithon support. Some members never received shirts, not returning. Dion is done and will go just as attendee.
Tony and John to continue support.

Calendar discussion and review. Next up, Mud and Snow run, Sat Feb 21st. 7 am breakfast Ukiah, 10 am airstrip Lake Pillsbury (see separate thread)

Rubithon donation - tabled to March Meeting (discussion on giving to members who did not receive shirts or refund)

Outgoing President Award and acknowledgement, 50/50 and adjourn.
