Wanted Jan 74 Metal Rear Fuel Filler Panel Cover

Steve (a1500ram) is making a complete panel set for my 74 FJ55. He's informed me that I am missing the metal fuel cover that goes on the rear left panel. So that's what I'm looking for. I'm not sure what size cover I need the high or low, I'm thinking the higher one.?
My PIG is a January 1974
production. 1st pic is my 74, what I have, 2nd & 3rd pic is the options Steve gave me.
I appreciate any help.
