Anyone out there have a jack and jack handles they are looking to get rid of. I need a set for my new '78. It looks like anything from 40's to 55's up to '80 will work.

Thanks in advance
Scott

Have a 60 series jack and rods but not the attachment for the rod end. $60 plus shipping from 81506.

I believe the hook on a 60 series jack handle is too big for the 55, so the bars won't work for that, but the jack may work, are you familiar with the way they fit under the drivers seat? What does the bracket look like? I believe I am missing the bracket as well.

Thanks
Scott

Compared these jack rods to those in my 55 and they appear to be virtually the same. Hook fits into the jack just as it is supposed to do. Length is identical to those in my 55 so the rods will fit in the clamps under the rear seat. Jack should fit fine in the bracket under the front seat. Only difference I can see is a slightly smaller joint for puttin the two rods together.

Sorry, do not have an extra bracket for the jack.

I don't know what the bracket looks like, was hoping you might know. Would you be willing to just sell the hook piece? I have a jack from a 62, the bar and the handle, just not the hook piece. Anyway, just thought I would ask.

Thanks
Scott

Sorry, Scott. Don't want to break up the pieces.

Yea, don't blame you, I wouldn't want to either. There is someone else who has a full set with all components for around the same price, so I will probably go that route, if that falls through I will see if you still have yours available.

Thanks for your time
Scott

What is the stock tonage for the 55 bottle jack i just re did my bottle jack and its too big for the bracket under the seat. Maybe i have the wring one...

i'm also running a 60 series jack in my pig. no issues, although i can't used the tire carrier. could notch the carrier slot a bit if the hook's too wide.
