The lower looks really decent from the pics, but that roof is no bueno.
Agree roof seems to be little nasty, however those rockers and panels look decent. What lurks under the moss?

This thing was packed away in the woods. The roof looks bad in the pictures but it’s just a dusting of wet pine needles. I’ll take some better pictures when I clean it. Thank the lord the guy had an excavator. Not sure when I’m gonna get around to cleaning it as I start fire academy tomorrow
