Is this something that will be active for us, or something default with an update that will disappear? If it's staying, how do we use it?

Hey Woody .. I have a question about the iTrader rating system. I have had two situations where I wanted to leave feedback and there is no URL because the offer to buy something was made via PM. What happened was I missed out on buying and item in the classifieds, one of my other LC brothers noticed that I missed out and contacted me with a deal of his own. How can I leave him feedback??

sorry, unless there is an active Classified thread on the transaction, there is no way to do feedback...I can 'unset' that option, but that opens up a LOT of opportunity for abuse of the system.

HOWEVER....if this was done as part of a public sale thread YOU started, you should be able to use that URL.

I like this, and think it should escape abuse, being limited to the classifieds.

'should'...and the 5/day limit will let me catch abusers - I'm checking it every couple of hours presently to see how things are going and ensure I jump on any issues quickly.
