Always been one of my favs, never tried to make it. Had some orzo and meatballs that had been in the freezer too long, so time to give it a whirl. Cooked up the meatballs in chicken broth and added some corn starch to thicken. Parsley doesn't like the desert heat, so I subbed fresh basil and frozen spinach. Makes a stupid simple and very tasty soup.
