I have returned home after an 8 yr sabatical in Richmond and I need a great mechanic. I also need help w/ rust. I am planning on coming to my first club meeting in may and am excited that such a club exists. Someone mentioned having a "heritage tub" replaced at Lary's. What is Lary's?
Thanks

Hi, we'd be glad to have you at our next meeting, but you might want to also check out the Bay to Blue Ridge Cruiser club. They're located out of Richmond and are probably more convenient for you. They have a subforum on here as well.

Ryan is a great guy, honest and a good mechanic who stands behind his work.

For bodies, Heritage is cool but you should check out www. aqualu.com for rust free aluminum bodies. Todd at Aqualu constantly improves his product and I am looking forward to building my next FJ40 with an Aqualu body. Good stuff. Galvanized frame and Aqualu = drive in the salt with out fear.

Wellcome back to the area.
