Is this the right ac compressor? 471-1220 (1 Viewer)

I bought an ac compressor from Amazon and it says it fits my 02 lx470 but it arrived today and it looks a little different from the one on the car. The clutch is different. The new one is a denso 471-2201. I haven't tried to replace it yet, just buying a bunch of parts for maintenance to do all at once.

Can any verify this for me?

471 1220, that's the right one for 2006 and 7, probably the rest also. Once you have them side by side you'll see what needs to be done.
To double check match your year OEM compressor to another year 2005-7. If they're the same then you have the right one.

Only did a very brief search but Denso has a product locator on their site and this is what I found... 471-1220

Edit: I did a little more research. Is your 2002 build date 11/2001 or earlier? There was a change to the clutch right then but Denso recommends the same aftermarket part for all years. I would assume it's not significant unless it looks wrong in some way.

I put in 471-1220 for my 2002 Lx470.

2002 is a screwy year. It very much depends on the build date of your 100.

3 minutes on denso reveals that # is good for all 100s. Don't worry.
