Is this safe to use with the LX power steering?

Is this safe to use with the 2013 LX power steering? I am exchanging the fluid and wanted to double check. The dealer put this weird yellow golden looking stuff in the reservoir when I had the fluids changed when buying the vehicle.

I use it with my LS430'S and would like to use the same fluid for all vehicles if possible.

You need Dextron II or III, that means your fluid is fine to use.
