Is this control arm angle normal ? (1 Viewer)

Looking at a 4runner , yes I know this isn’t an 80 , but same setup as an 80.. so I figure here has the most traffic.. anyways … this 4runner I’m looking at has slightly angled control arms , wasn’t sure if it’s a bushing or if they’re meant to rotate sideways ( I believe icon) makes them as to where they are able to rotate with a ball joint on the inside , if someone can enlighten me .. the seller can’t take more pics as he moved and his sister is handling the deal…

That’s a control arm. And if it’s an aftermarket rod end like a Jonny joint then that’s normal
