Is 08 4Runner hitch interchangable with other Toyota cars?

I am looking for a hitch for my wife's 08 4Runner. I am trying to find a cheap one on CL's. So, what other Toyotas are intechangable with the runner?

I'm guessing that your options are 4th gen 4Runners (2003-2009/10) and the Lexus GX of similar vintage.
