Ironman bumper frustration

Hey guys and gals ,

Hoping the experts here can help me out. I’ve watched some YouTube vids and searched here but haven’t found what I’m looking for.

Stripped off the front of my 2015 GX460 and started to “try” and install the support brackets and bullbar with winch mount.

Does anyone have good pictures of how to cut, modify and mount those support brackets? They don’t even come close to fitting with the condenser line there. The Ironman directions are absolutely atrocious and I called them and the customer service guy was clueless and had no idea how to help me.

Any prior experience would be gratefully appreciated.

It's probably very similar to Dobinsons or ARB. On the surface Ironman appears to have copied those designs in a Chinese factory. See if you can get Dob/ARB instructions and compare.

Update, got it all installed. Lots of trial and error. Had to cut their mounts to clear certain things.

It’s looks and fits great now. You would hope to get a cleaner more finished product for that amount of money.
