I'm installing a pioneer 900bt in the 80 series. I've had the double din sitting in the garage for a few years now. It has a plug to hook up to my iPod. Any suggestions on where I should run it too? On the other vehicle I had the unit in I had the cord ran into the glove box but wanted to see if there was a better place for it.

Installed. Ran the cord for the iPod through the ashtray. I may put it through the glovebox. I didn't have much room to really mess with it. I was having a hard time getting the rear heat switch off. It seems like the rear defrost wiring is way too short now.
I can barely see it.

My unit had a USB in the rear. I ran the cable inside the dash, under the center console up through hinge in the lower console then to a USB port in the top console I found online. Brief write up in the 80's section.
