Well, I ran out of projects for Pilar so did some research here on Mud... decided on a small 400 watt inverter connected to the 12v source in the center console (I want to put a 1,500 watt inverter in the rear and direct wire to the battery at some point in the future).

Not overly complex, but very tedious to extend the face plate wiring - very, very small wires to butt splice/solder.

I was actually amazed that it worked after all my fat fingering. I need to secure the face plate to the plastic panel better, and maybe even plastic bond the panel so pulling out plugs doesn't result in pulling out everything.

All in all, a handy little AC power right behind the front seats.

I like :) is the inverter inside your console just plugged into the 120 socket? Looks great maybe trim down the face plate so its perfectly square and add a little paint.
