Hello iH8MUD!

We are excited to be a part of such an awesome community and we have much in store for this forum! Many of you are likely familiar with ARB but for those who aren’t, allow us to introduce ourselves.

Our origins can be traced back to Australia’s Outback, circa 1975. Our founder Anthony Ronald Brown loved exploring the Outback but understood the limits of 4WDs at the time. His greatest concerns were the lack of space for gear and protection from wild animals and trail debris. This led Tony to develop the first products from ARB, a roof rack and front bumper.

Tony’s business took off in a matter of months. His brothers joined the team and the initials he etched into his finished products quickly became an emblem of off-road adventure for a nation of enthusiasts.

Overlanding, vehicle-based adventure travel, car camping – these concepts were historically enjoyed by a select few risk-takers. Reliable equipment, however, opened the doors for a community to explore the world's expansive natural beauty. In the decades that followed, the Brown brothers’ efforts took the 4WD world by storm.

Fast forward over 40 years later, we are a global renown off-road manufacturer. Offering a full product range that features protection equipment, suspension, roof racks, and Air Lockers for over 100 applications. Accompanied by our vehicle-specific product range is our universal accessory catalog featuring touring parts, recovery gear, LED lighting, air compressors, fridge-freezers, storage solutions, and much more.

ARB’s mission is to develop functional and reliable products that give you peace of mind on and off-road. Our 40+ years of experience and 70+ in-house engineers allow us to develop quality products that not only enhance the look of your 4WD but also serve their intended purpose in the rough conditions that we encounter off-road.

Ryan (ARB), welcome! Any chance that ARB can develop front (with winch mount) and rear bumpers (with tire swing out) for the 2nd Gen (08-22) Sequoias? These vehicles will start to become more popular as overlanding rigs now that the 3rd Gens are out. the 18-22 years have TSS which will need to be accommodated. While you're at it, perhaps developing a specific OME suspension kit for the 2nd Gen Sequoias for your new bumpers would also be great, and a great roof rack with access ladder, oh, and sliders to tie into the bumpers.

Either way, happy 2023!

Ryan,

It would be helpful if ARB were to find a way to permit folks to purchase some of the great products you make for the 70 and other series of Landcruisers here in the US

My recent experience with ARB was an exercise in frustration when I tried to order a set of the nice floor mats you sell in AU for my RHD 77

My local dealer cant pull up the p/n (4080003) So I called ARB USA direct

Same response....they cant even see the p/n and cant/wont order a set for me

I reached out to one of the ARB stores in AU, provided the p/n and was told they were not permitted to ship

Its unfortunate that no one at ARB seems to be empowered to solve a simple issue like this.

Its a trivial matter for me to order parts from other retail suppliers in AU and other countries

Hoping that ARB will consider ways of helping to make avail some of the products they make even if its special order for us in the US.

What are the Overland Expo (West event in Flagstaff) show specials going to be? Need to bring enough cash and maybe a dolly!

I've been looking for a way to get some ARB gear shipped to the U.S. for my LN106 Hilux. None of the local ARB vendors have been able to help me. I don't understand why it is so difficult, I've had plenty of parts shipped from down under. I can find the parts readily available on ARB Australia.

I'm looking for:
ARB Commercial Bull Bar
Side steps w/ rails
Low profile rear bumper
RHD Safari Snorkel

We (Cruiser Outfitters) would be more than happy to help. We bring over non-market ARB parts very regular and get weekly stock orders so once parts do start arriving to the US, we can receive them at our SLC facility where you can pickup or we ship. We’ve been doing this for many (25 years) for our regular customers. Shoot us a list of what you‘re after, info@cruiseroutfitters.com

Keep in mind, ARB sells many many items in their Aus retail stores, items they white label, rebrand or sell as the manufacturer who makes them. Many of those items would not be something they or we have the interest/ability to bring over. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If it's an ARB in house build, Safari or OME suspension product, we've had great luck getting them!
