Hey Guys

Just like to say I am a new owner of an FZJ80 and really enjoy the forum. Also, does anyone have some sliders for sale in Bham?

Thx. I wish I had some welding skills because that is a heck of a deal!! I might have to go with Metal tech but was Hopi g to find a used set. Thanks for the feedback

Check out the pair justbecause just got. 67" TrailGears from yours truly.

The MetalTechs cost a bunch more but you get a bunch more quality. I run a set on the shop's FJ Cruiser.

Welcome to the fun and check with Matt Brown (bhmmapping) he makes some really good sliders and I bet he is cheaper than metal tech. You should come and check out one of the monthly meetings and meet some of the people here.

I do have a set of TG in the garage waiting to be put on :princess:'s rodeo. they seem stout enough for what I intend on using them for.

I have matts sliders on my 80. I never intended to leave the bunny slopes. but between hanging out with the ACC guys and Steve, those sliders have proven very dependable and I am sure have paid for themselves at least one.

Welcome!
Do you drive a two-tone tan and brown 80? with an ARB up front? I saw one in Trussville this evening and honked and tried running them off the road...

My bad, that was a 91-92 FJ80... you said FZJ...

Haha stalker

No, we were totally honking at him, see pic. So he felt our presence. The first pic was sent to me from a non-yota guy...

Yep. I did check with Matt. Unfortunately, he does such a good job making sliders, he is backed up for months!

Nope. I have a burgundy 96 with ARB up front OME lift and 4x4 labs tire carrier in the rear
