Intermittent Horn ?

The horn on the '03 TLC doesn't work all the time. Then it will work, and if I press it again, then again, nothing.

What's going on here? Obviously the horns themselves work, and the button works. Is this a relay issue? If so, how could I test and what would be the part number?

Don't know which of the following remedied the situation, but it work....for now.

• Disconnected the battery
• Pulled the fuse, and switched in another 10amp fuse
• Pulled the airbag assembly, removed the ground wire, reattached the ground wire, exercised the horn mechanism, reinstalled airbag assembly
