interior lights, homelink, remote no work

'06 LX470.
My key would not turn in the ignition (a separate issue I will deal with)...
As part of troubleshooting, I took the lower dash panel off to expose the lock mechanism. I also disconnected the battery.

Now, the remotes don't work, none of the interior lights, homelink, rain sensing wipers, and seat memory don't work.

I haven't noticed anything else that doesn't work.

Anyone have any ideas on what I should look for? I'm at a complete loss...

I disconnected the battery, thinking maybe some kind of reset might take place. No luck.
Checked all the fuses in the engine compartment (assuming that's the only one) - no luck.
Couldn't find anything else inoperable.

On the 03, this is due to the dome fuse blowing (pass side kick panel). All of these things are on the same circuit in the 03.

Well, embarrassed to report this... it's been so many years since I've actually had a fuse blow. I guess I just take them for granted now, especially on newer vehicles.
