Anybody swap out OEM lamps to LED's? How doies it look and where'd ya getem?

I have George Scolaro's Luxeon LEDs in both my 80 and Tundra. I'm not sure if the LED lamp would fit the 100. If it does, I highly recommend it!

Do you have them as map reading, or "general" lamp?

I would get them for just that reason. However, the 100 already cuts the dome lights off after being left on for a certain amount of time. Not sure about the door lights but I want to say yes.

i have front map lights as LEDs.
I added a rear dome light, and put in 3 sets of George's LED domes, and one set of his LED maps. I'm very happy with them. They're a blue-white, but the 75% reduction in current is worth it.
A few weeks ago I accidentally left two domes on for 5 days, and there was no noticeable difference when I cranked and started my engine.

on georges stuff, the dome lights you guys are putting in, thats the light with three festoon bulbs just behind the sunroof?

YES!
I used to camp 2-5 days at a time and 2-5 times a year. Last trip was in 2001 right after I got the 100.
Now that I'm so old I don't do it any more.

Oh, and we took AC converters and CD changers with remote controls for music.
I've seen the LED's and they are a very nice upgrade. I'll do that one someday.

For fuel savings I was considering replacing the license plate lamp since it runs 100% of the time. Anyone tried an LED for this location ?
I don't think it would make a measureable difference. The amount of energy consumed by a 3 watt bulb is lost in the amount of energy it takes to push a 5500lb vehicle.
do you only drive at night with your headlights on?
