Interior LED lamps?

I have George Scolaro's Luxeon LEDs in both my 80 and Tundra. I'm not sure if the LED lamp would fit the 100. If it does, I highly recommend it!

Do you have them as map reading, or "general" lamp?
Why is it better? e.g. does it give good angles/spread?

I have George's LEDs in all three dome lights and the map light. The Luxeon LEDs are brighter and uses less energy (<1/3 ) then the incandecent bulbs. Leaving the door open over the weekend does not drain the battery down!

I would get them for just that reason. However, the 100 already cuts the dome lights off after being left on for a certain amount of time. Not sure about the door lights but I want to say yes.

ALL lights and after one hour. Found that out camping. :D

Plus: LED's do not attract bugs (great for camping)!

I added a rear dome light, and put in 3 sets of George's LED domes, and one set of his LED maps. I'm very happy with them. They're a blue-white, but the 75% reduction in current is worth it.

A few weeks ago I accidentally left two domes on for 5 days, and there was no noticeable difference when I cranked and started my engine.

on georges stuff, the dome lights you guys are putting in, thats the light with three festoon bulbs just behind the sunroof?

For fuel savings I was considering replacing the license plate lamp since it runs 100% of the time. Anyone tried an LED for this location ?

I don't think it would make a measureable difference. The amount of energy consumed by a 3 watt bulb is lost in the amount of energy it takes to push a 5500lb vehicle.
