craigslist interesting 1997 80 in central NY

absolutely no affiliation but I had seen this truck show up on Craigslist about a year ago and I believe it sold for $10K and is for sale by most recent owner. He started at $10K but has dropped it to $8500 so seems open to negotiate. Have not seen it in person, no affiliation, etc but looks like a clean truck, low mileage, etc for this part of the country.
