Injector pump rebuild (1 Viewer)

I have a 1990 Surf with the Bosch VE pump. It has a leak, so I've pulled off and sent to a diesel shop. They have told me the injector rebuild shop can't work on them. Not sure why as they are common pumps on lots of commercial trucks. But does anyone have a good shop they've have these pumps rebuilt? Truck is located around Danville, VA area.

For Toyota injectors and pumps, I have used:

1. Gillett Diesel, near Salt Lake UT
2. Back40 Imports, in Kalispell MT

I have shipped two pumps to Back40 for rebuild. He does them all the time. There are a couple more shops on the west coast that you can ship them in to. I'm sure Gillet would ship it too, try calling them.

I appreciate it. Both shops here in VA/NC have said that they are unable to remove one part of the pump, therefore unable to rebuild them. I will contact the shops you've mentioned.
