Hi again, I had a problem a year ago or so that I thought was injector/pump. Had my 2001 90 series with the main dealers. They dropped tank, checked fuel line, filter. Could see a pressure drop on diagnostics. It only happened when accelerating hard. They said they'd have to do injector pump and if that didn't sort it then the injectors. I kind of felt it was a lot of money to their at it without knowing if it would fix it. The problem gradually went away then! It came back about 2 months ago and a mate of a mates said there was a strainer underneath the banjo fitting on the injector pump. So we punched it out (not 100% happy about that, but needs must). Anyway that sorted it until a week ago it started acting up again. Now it seems to lose power on a trailing throttle (in traffic, coming into roundabouts, going downhill). It's like the engine braking is coming on more severely than you'd expect or someone has put the brakes on. Please help! Any ideas? Anyone had similar problems? Thanks
