Help Wanted Indiana - Looking for someone to fix my 80 series. (1 Viewer)

Long story short someone tried to steal my wheels but i had lug nut locks. They loosened some lug nuts and my wheel flew off on the highway. Toyota quoted me $2600 to fix this, and that is without a wheel and tire. If anyone is willing to take on the job , I posted a picture of what they said needed to be done.
