I sold my built 100 series today and am already on the prowl for either a 200 series or LX570. I have a question or two. How is the leather in either truck? It seems awfully thin and questionable. I was thinking I would need to consider seat covers. Also, how is the cashmere interior holding up in your cruiser. I found a beautiful 2012 silver/cashmere truck, but with 3 kids that color interior concerns me. It didn't bother that much with the 100 series because it was an older less expensive vehicle.

Not sure what you perceive as an issue with the leather in an LX . Based on what I've seen it will be just as durable as that in my old 100. Seat covers are to cover old trashed seats not new ones. Enjoy that leather!

I had the same concern with the light interior after seeing how bad the tan interior of my 100 showed stains. My '13 is a black interior and I will say that I do second guess that choice quite often on our nice summer days.

You ought to have some luck in finding a decent used one since I believe that Stokes Brown Toyota has sold quite a few 200 series from their Hilton Head location.

Good luck on the hunt.

I too had the tan interior on my 100. Cleaned up nicely with a soft brush soapy water. The only thing I had an issue with was bleeding from cheap denim blue jeans . I bought a leather cleaner from mcquires that cleaned it right up .

THAT is the feedback I was hoping to get. With both of us being from SC, Its good to hear that. That was a huge concern of mine. I found one here in Charleston that I may get. Actually, I am driving it now on a test run. I'll check out Stokes Brown.
Thanks

I had the same exact issue. Good to know it can be cleaned right up.
Thanks

I got the black interior, it's a bit hard to keep clean at times but after a couple months of ownership I stopped worrying about it... My daughter left a thing of deodorant on the seat and it melted in the hot summer sun and got all over in the small holes in the leather, I think that was about the point at which I stopped worrying about it:) I got kids climbing over the seats with shoes on, I've had the whole truck full of sand from the ocean etc.. the leather is holding up pretty well so far after the first year! I think the tan leather might be easier to keep up, but the tan carpet is a pain, I had that in my 100 series, if I had it to do over again, I would still stay with the black!!!
